Prominent Indian esports organization Gods Reign has bolstered its Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) roster by signing Moroccan coach Issam “Joyboy” Fadili to assist it from the backend. The decision to bring Joyboy on board comes just in time for BGMI Master Series (BGMS) Season 2. This tournament is scheduled to kick off on 4th August, and Gods Reign is one of the invited teams.
Gods Reign’s BGMI Roster
Gods Reign has been at the forefront in the Indian gaming community since the start of PUBG Mobile Esports. Its current BGMI lineup comprises a talented group of players who have already carved a name for themselves in the competitive gaming scene, securing numerous accolades and victories in past tournaments.
The current BGMI roster of Gods Reign includes the following:
- Hamza “Blaze” Hyderabadwala
- Shubham “NinjaJOD” Sahoo
- Harsh “AquaNox” Rao
- Robin “Robin” Shekhawat
- Jaxon
- Joyboy – Coach
The latest addition to the team, Joyboy, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Gods Reign. Previously, he served as the PUBG Mobile coach for a renowned Saudi Arabian esports organization, Team Falcons. During his tenure, Team Falcons made remarkable progress and emerged victorious in various regional tournaments, including the prestigious PUBG Mobile Star Challenge Arabia 2022, PUBG Mobile Pro League – Arabia Fall 2022, and PUBG Mobile Pro League – Arabia Spring 2022.
Blaze, NinjaJOD, and AquaNox are no strangers to success either, having previously showcased their remarkable teamwork and skill as part of TSM, where they secured victories in the Skyesports Mobile Open and OR Championship – Legends Rise 2022. Additionally, they earned a commendable runner-up position in the prestigious Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2021. On the other hand, Robin and Jaxon previously played for Chemin Esports and Hydra Esports, respectively. Although they did not win any prominent tournament, they had already made a name for themselves in the BGMI community with their impressive gameplay
Joyboy’s wealth of knowledge in esports, coupled with the players’ incredible gameplay, will surely make a mark in the BGMI community. Nevertheless, the competition is fierce, with every team vying to claim the coveted top spot. It will be interesting to see how this acquisition turns out for Gods Reign.
